I am a student and I sent all my clothes to regency dry cleaner during my 6 months in oxford and it was excellent. The attention provided was very kind, always with the best disposition to help me. I sent all kinds of clothes, blankets, jackets, sweaters, jeans, pajamas, etc. I honestly recommend this place from my own experience, good attention, great service and with an excellent location in Headington shops. - Melissa Navarrete :)

Went to get a key cut and not only was the minimum amount to pay with a card £12 but the key they cut didn't fit in my door. Only saving grace is they gave me a refund.

I came to the store to have my suit cleaned and only gave the fellow two days notice, when I received it back it was perfect, just as I had bought it, I can't be more grateful and highly recommend this service.

Great service! They make sure to personally check each garment and clean at a high standard. They even adjusted the filling in my puffer jacket.

The gentleman who works at this store is incompetent, unprofessional and bluntly rude. I found it hard to believe other reviews but after attending in person I’m strongly convinced this is a front business because with customer service like this it’s shocking this shop is still open.

I took in a wool coat that had been involved in an altercation with a bicycle, and I thought was probably ruined. Despite managing expectations initially they performed a miracle, and the coat is now nearly perfect, like new. They carefully cleaned by hand before dry cleaning, and the service was VERY well priced. Genuinely amazed and impressed with the excellent service. Definitely recommend!

Just AVOID them. They are very very very rude!!!!!!I went to ask about the price and the cleaning process of my woollen coat. The reception guy was so arrogant and misbehaved with me, I was almost about to cry. He laughed at my questions as if I was a clown to him. I wish I could sue them for their behaviour.

Great service! I dropped silk dresses that were fairly stained and got them back as nice as when I bought them. I appreciated the honesty of the owner - some stains can’t be taken care of on certain fabrics, which I have been told upfront.The price point is very fair based on the quality and dedication of the service provided, and I would definitely recommend.
