Rang to ask about dropping in mower to repair yep no problem just drop down anytime about a week b4 we can turn around I was told ok great i have bought from them b4 so next day pull up unloaded pushed to warehouse door walked in a lady was there hello came to drop off a lawn mower to be repaired I can't get it to start she came to front no can't be fixed can't get parts discontinued I said we'll it's only 5 years old she said only good for scrap now so I load back on van and ask any mowers for sale then only a small one not big enough for you that other as a big deck I said we'll garden not that big how much is it .it was as if she was not interested in telling me she seemed as didn't want the work or business and it was like I Interrupted her from doing something from the moment I walked in or something like that not very welcoming to a customer she did tell me on 3rd time of asking and said stock issues as I said anymore coming In left there and thought would get a 2nd option took to another mower place they fixed it in about a10 days and said parts are available and pretty standard and how do you know if something is worth or can be fixed till you take it apart to look I don't mind if they would of said not for us or were too busy but to tell me it can't be fixed it's scrap only reason I'm leaving this review

Never again. Non-starting mower + service requested. Mower collection went fine then...nothing. Communication non existent. Had to chase. Waiting for a part! Replaced battery - not necessary IMO but a nice little earner for them as they took MY battery and sold it for scrap. Changed blades and belts without telling me (I have my own spare blades!) Bill £600+ had to chase them to get it back. No thanks never again. Want nothing more to do with them. Feel completely ripped off but felt all I would get is a mouthful of abuse back if I complained.

You should have said that you didn’t want the repair. I waited 6 weeks and then took my lawn mower elsewhere. What is the point? If you can’t do it, SAY SO!!!!!

Needed a collar welding, they were able to fix it for me quickly and efficiently, thank you :)

Perfectly cheerful At the front desk, but They’ve had Our strimmer for 9 weeks (Only a service) and haven’t even looked at it or called to say it was delayed. If they didn’t want the work, just say so... waste of time!!

Rang to see if i could get a part for my mower the lady i spoke to was very rude the way she spoke on the phone needs to learn some customer service not a place i would every ring again
