Easy to talk to if there's any issues which there never is. Was with payme before ics and much prefer ics

I despise umbrella companies, but unfortunately my employer won’t accept anything else. ICS do pay you on time as long as your timesheet is in on time, but don’t expect anything else from them. Don’t expect them to answer emails or questions you have about pay and charges, etc because they just ignore me.

I have worked with ICS for a few years now for payroll services. Everything works like clockwork and they are nice people to deal with. I appreciate the extra effort they put in when the initial contract was established.

I have not found ICS to be very helpful at all. It's my first time using an umbrella company and if you want information around the standard accounting you just won't get it, regardless of how many emails you send, they just don't respond. The standard accounting delivers a payslip and this seems to be in order but it's all automated, if anything goes wrong then good luck... I have recently been battling to get my pension payments back since I opted out of the government pension directive. It appears I'm going to have to refer the matter to the pension authority and/or financial ombudsman service to get the issue resolved. Not great when your pay for this..

It's been great dealing with ICS. I've never had an issue and they're so accommodating and responsive when you have a query.

Never had a problem. Always easy to get hold off by phone and they keep in touch. They do exactly what they said they would do and I have no hesitation in recommending them

I have been with ICS since February and found them to be extremely helpful. I will be recommending them to a couple of colleagues who have not had such a positive experience with their umbrella companies.

I set up my own company in March 2022, and opted for a local accountancy firm who said they specialised in supporting small businesses. Fast forward to February 2023, and I fired that local accountancy firm, and hired ICS. I was dubious because I found them on social media, but HOW WRONG COULD I BE?!My concerns were completely unfounded, I couldn't speak highly enough of ICS. Their team, in particular Ewelina, has been excellent - from communication, to results - I couldn't fault ICS at all.When I approached them I needed help immediately, and their first task was to ascertain what had been done by my previous accountants (apparently, very little) and through that, we realised I had mounting fines for things not completed by the previous firm.Thankfully, Ewelina and the ICS team managed to get my fines dismissed, got me set up and up-to-date, and have been a helping hand and continuous support over the last 3/4 months. I am so grateful for them for making it so easy.
