Trudy Clist Reflexology

I was experiencing the most dreadful insomnia, night after night, week after week, month after month. Then I was recommended to Trudy. After just one treatment I slept the whole night! Unbelievable but so so true. Since then I have seen her regularly. The treatment is gentle and relaxing, Trudy is a gem, I thoroughly recommend her.

I really enjoyed my treatment with Trudy . She is very welcoming and her treatment room is lovely. My mind drifted away and my body felt so relaxed and heavy - almost like it was being drawn down into the chair. Looking forward to the next one !

After sustaining a foot injury from running, I found Trudy’s reflexology website with great reviews which for me is always a go to. I was also advised to source a physio for my injury but seeing the reviews I thought I would try reflexology first with Trudy to see if she could pin point where the pain was coming from... to my astonishment the pain I had in my foot for over a month was relieved from the 1st session, I drove home with significant more movement in my foot & less pain and a happy face. I decided to do some follow up treatments because the reflexology experience is super relaxing and Trudy is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I was lucky enough to come across Trudy’s website back in February and have had a few reflexology sessions with her since. I have previously had reflexology with other people for many years, but found Trudy to be much more knowledgeable and love her technique. Not only is she lovely and welcoming but her therapy room is wonderfully relaxing. After the first session, I decided to purchase a block of 6 sessions as I knew I would definitely be booking with her again. I have also booked in my teenage son as he had an ankle injury from football and she has helped him and given advise to strengthen it up. On his behalf, he really enjoyed his session with Trudy and will probably nag me very soon to book in again! I highly recommend Trudy and am very grateful for her knowledge to help balance out any issue I have.
