Eccellente meal,we choose there today 25th april anniversario of our parents,whom we buried both their ashes together and booked with you as both my parents mr&mrs Hardcastle took my children plus their children runs and ate there at your place,today was extra special and we were served well by a lovely girl

Expecting job applicants to work unpaid so-called ‘trial shifts’, which only involves them cleaning up the dirty cafe and not allowing them to leave for 4 hours is shocking. For ‘management’ to additionally be overly concerned with what school they went to and how they would define themself religiously, who their parents are, what jobs they work ... a very hostile working environment which I can only imagine also influences the service they give.

Great coffee shop, delicious italian coffee. Run by an italian family, very welcoming. After coffee a great meal can be enjoyed with a menu ranging from a variety of delicious toasted sandwiches/ciabattas to baked potatoes (again with many toppings) that melt in your mouth. Highly recommend. Not to mention award winning Ice cream, a great break from the processed ice creams you get these days.

Very good quality coffee , Also had a ham and cheese croissant with a canoli to finish. Great family run business serving Kilmarnock for many many years. If you like Italian coffee make sure you stop in .

Looked OK from the inside ,but when I approached the man behind the counter didn't get a nice welcoming smile or anything of that nature ,allowing for us all having bad days at times I think in the present economical climate we in business should show appreciation for all customers that enter our premises ,but aside from this I ordered a cappuccino and hot chocolate, the coffee came in small cup ,hardly 2 mouthfuls and the chocolate was mediocre, but it still cost us £5:80 ! Definitely not worth the visit or cost ,wouldn't recommend

I have been going to Bordones for many years now and it's always fantastic. John and Lucia are very friendly and make you feel at home. The food is so nice and fresh. And they make the best coffee in Scotland!

Lovely soup and sandwiches and a great cup of coffee. A proper family run old Italian cafe. Good service and well priced.
