I put these two letters next to each other and say...Obviously it is imperative that claimants feel safe and not be strangled, threatened or abused in anyway shape or form, and I urge you to ensure DWP staff follow their procedures and log any/every incident which may occur....Take note of 'the poor choice of words used by was fed back to the senior security officer.....All this was simply because I needed a letter to confirm my original online claim date and was told to come back the next day to collect it. I asked for the letter, supervisor said no, I asked to see a manager, supervisor said no, I said I will sit here and wait for one...CCO strangles me shouting 'I'm going to f##king kill you'Hay, Hampshire Police...What happened last time when you told me you 'feel it is perfectly acceptable for a person to threaten to kill another person'?
