I was recently late with my repeat prescription and was worried I would not have my tablets in time as I usually give good notice..I put a note on my repeats apologising and kindly they were signed and ready by my needed date..thank you .I appreciate how busy the surgery is and I have high regards for all who work there I think you all are amazing.Thankyou.

I must say I find the doctor’s brilliant. I have been under dr bensusan and dr fenn recently . They have been fantastic . As are the other gp’s I have seen in the pastMy daughter has always been seen with the nurses on a regular basis and each and everyone of them have been so lovely and nurturing.At times the phone lines can be frustrating but better since the system is in place .

Don't bother going to this surgery, I got there 10 mins before my app and waited over half hour, never got seen, I knocked on midwife door heard them all talking and not one of them answered the door, how ignorant and un professional, I walked out came home and made a complaint. Now I'm changing back to my original doctors where you get seen right away not happy at all with this surgery

One of the worst doctors I have been to unfortunately I had to move doctors from King's way surgery who were absolutely amazing as.i relocated to the area and had to move to this doctors surgery and it is impossible to get a doctors appointment and to try and get through when u ring them and the way the reception speak to you thay are so rude one of the worst doctors surgery in the swansea area shocking service

Today's experience was first class to be fair. Popped in for a repeat prescription and to book a flu jab and was offered it right there and then. Jabs done and prescription ordered in 15 minutes. Elizabeth Lawrence the practice nurse was lovely and explained everything.its a pity the bad reviews are due to not being able to get through on the phone

Moved to the area recently and signed up to the surgery. My records were transfered in about a week and I was able to get in and see the doctor.I was initially worried because of the reviews but I have had a great experience with the surgery and have never had a problem getting in to see the doctor or nurse.Having a pharmacy right next door is an added bonus.

My elderly mother received exemplary care from all of the practice staff, Dr's Fenn and McCarthy after returning from holiday with food poisoning. I am extremely grateful for their care and prompt action to help my seriously ill mother. I know that many will moan and groan about GP's these days however, I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Dr Bensusan's Practice who were there when we truly needed them. Thank you all.
