Lauren Whiting- Sports Massage Therapist

I have been seeing Lauren for several months now and she has helped me so much! I was having major problems with my neck and shoulders and with regular visits she has eased my pain and now we are keeping on top of the pain and has given me back full movement. She is so kind, knowledgeable. I fully recommend.

I was recommended to Lauren and she is amazing!! She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed . I have an all over massage which is just fantastic. I teach fitness and it's so nice to take an hour out of a busy week just for me. Lauren will also work on parts that are giving you trouble so my neck and shoulders always get an extra pamper. Totally recommend to anyone !!!

I was given a voucher to visit Lauren for Sports massage as a birthday gift. It turned out to be a fantastic gift. I have been struggling with back ache and discomfort for a couple of years following back surgery. I have begun to view my back pain as my cross to bear. I have had constant discomfort and have been relying on pain relief to function. I explained to Lauren on out 1st session that I have constant tightness and stiffness and reduced flexibility to my back. After 2 sessions with Lauren, I can honestly say, I have hope for a less stiff, less tight, and more flexible future. I have found Lauren to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She is an honest and genuine people person and has tailored my sessions to minimise my stiffness, tightness and inflexibility. I have noticed such relief and such a difference after only 2 sessions. Lauren has also advised me on several stretching exercises personally targeted to assist alleviation of my symptoms. I would unreservedly recommend Lauren to anyone wishing to benefit from Sports massage due to muscular pain, discomfort, stiffness or inflexibility.

I have been going to Lauren for the past year now and I am so happy I did, I used to have awful shoulder and neck pain from my job (desk job) but after my sessions with Lauren the pain is relieved and I feel great. She is always so considerate and genuinely cares for those she works with - she moved heaven and earth to fit me in when I damaged my neck decorating! Lauren is just amazing!

The treatment was tailored to my problem areas and skilfully executed.When I spoke to Lauren on the telephone I was so impressed with her kindness and enthusiasm. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation so I didn’t have to wait weeks to see her.Lauren’s experience, skill and professionalism are all very impressive, but she also has an extra talent in people skills. She really cares about her clients and has a passion for her work.I cannot recommend her highly enough although I am concerned that she will have so many clients that I will have to wait longer for my next appointment!
