Angel Star Nails

Horrible grubby and sleazy staffWhen two of my daughters called during my appointment, I was asked “Are your daughters as beautiful as you?” ( yak)I was given powder without being asked about what I wanted and when I said the colour was to dark I was told “wait”Three times I said the colour was horrible but they didn’t care or change, telling me to wait. I was worried I would walk out with half done nails but I now need to go to get redone. Finish was also rough! Avoid !!

0 stars!! Not happy at all! Went in with my mum and waited over an hr as was very busy, let’s just say if they are busy it’s best to go somewhere else as they rushed our nails. Cannot do nail art at all!! what I showed them was a very simple design (could have done better myself no doubt!) also had to keep pointing out the mistakes he was making and he was getting frustrated at us even tho we are the paying customer. Left with polish on my skin and very messy design. Had to buy nail files and sort my mums nails out as he left them uneven and jagged and sharp so had to sort them out ourself. Wanted shorter nails but he only cut two and left the rest so was uneven and ignored me and just started carrying on. Do not come here! Plenty more nail salons that know what they are doing and ain’t rude and make up prices as this place does.

Nail acrylic extensions & colour - Absolutely Terrible!!! this technician did an awful job. I asked for French nails, he made the natural under colour a horrid dark pinky tone, it looked awful against my light skin. he then did the white tips thin and uneven. one hand he skipped putting under the lamp as he was rushing so much. my thumb was chopped wonky. the nails were so thick as he did not sand them down properly. He wasn't all that nice to be honest, pulling my hands forward /telling me off for me knocking my hands on the machine (even though he was rough putting my hands in it) Over all I had really poor customer service and bad quality nails. It's not like I can say you get what you pay for as they were so expensive. NEVER AGAIN. I would not recommend (went on sun 11th dec 2022)EDIT: It was the older man on the left side of the counter last sunday around midday early afternoon (not the young guy on the right) he was wearing dark hoody. he needs re-training!

I am so upset! I came here yesterday to have my birthday nails done. The picture I showed is nothing like my nails I paid £30 for! Not one of the nails is filed straight, the skin around my nail has been cut and they just look awful. Very upset

I asked for a certain style but unfortunately they didn't want to do them . So I had these instead

terrible!!!! driving round couldn’t find it rang up for help and directions got told to sort it myself they are very rude and and have terrible customer service

Customer service was shocking. The male who did my nails was very rudeabrupt and made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed how he was talking to me infront of everyone in the salon. Overall don’t recommend going.

Amazing...... Had my nails done absolutely beautifullstaff been very kind ..I be back 100%

Best Vietnamese nail salon in Hanley and I've tried a lot. Great designs, and don't insist on getting nail extensions for nail art.
