Danielle is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, she does a very good job of ironing out any niggles I have.Being a runner, it's often my legs that need attention and I can safely say I'm in the best condition when I'm having my ProActive sessions on a regular basis.More recently I've had ankle pain which Danielle was able to address through massage and some targeted stretches. Danielle's knowledge of the body and the recommendations she makes are definitely worth following as they make a huge difference in my experience. Highly, highly recommended!
