Lovely place, only £5 to get in and can easily spend the afternoon here. Lots to see. Nice little cafe. A cockpit you can look in,and a decent enough view of the planes taking off .I only marked it down a star as there are not nearly enough benches on the viewing mounds.

A nice place to visit to see some old planes and helicopters. Just £16 for a family of 4.The cafe only had ice creams, snacks and Pot Noodles, no prepared food like sandwiches, which is fine, but good to know before you visit. The car park isn't large enough, we were lucky to get the last space. You can go inside one plane and helicopter, which is nice to do - and educational. It overlooks the runway of East Midland Airport, so you can watch large and small planes take off.Overall, it's nice to visit, but it's quite small and mostly outdoors. There are better air museums around.

First visit for over 30 years. The aeropark has moved to where it was originally. Volunteers friendly and helpful. Took two of my grandkids and managed to get them inside the Seaking chopper and the VC 10 which thrilled them.

Absolutely brilliant little museum with great staff (all volunteers) and selection of aircraft. We visited on a recent extended opening afternoon so only the Nimrod was accessible but didn’t bother the family at all. Just being able to climb aboard that beauty and sit in the cockpit is well worth the £5 admission. Parking is free as well so no pressure to go in if you want to watch the aircraft go in and out EMA, but why you’d miss the opportunity to venture in the Aeropark is beyond me. The little mounds are perfectly situated with picnic benches to watch the day drift past in pleasant surroundings and the open space. Can’t believe I’d never been here before. Looking forward to returning. Also worth noting there’s a cafe, shop and restroom on site. Hats off to all the staff on site.

Great place to take the kids or even just yourself. Only a small Aeropark but still plenty to see. Few picnic benches and plenty of grass to enjoy some food and watch the planes land and take off.

What an amazing experience. It was a well thought out display of aeroplanes and exhibits that kept me engaged and interested for the whole visit. The volunteer staff were knowledgeable and friendly and no question was too much trouble for them. The tactile exhibits where you could sit in the planes to experience hands on viewing was exceptional. All this for an affordable entrance made it a very pleasant experience. The cafe in the museum section under cover was a great idea for an occasional shower coming over. They served hot and cold drinks and snacks at nominal prices that would make it not out of reach for a family on a budget. There are lessons to be learned for other exhibitions. Instead of charging a higher price as you think you canget away with"

Loved walking round the area showcasing different eras of aircraft’s. It’s a relatively small place, but it’s part of our history. Plenty of pictures to be taken and we were able to walk around the RAF plane and sit in the cockpit. The weather wasn’t the greatest as it did rain, but that didn’t stop a good day out! A bonus of being able to sit outside and watch the arrivals and departures at East Midlands Airport! 5/5

Good collection of aircraft. None were open on the day but I think they often are.Located on edge of airport and has a couple of viewing spots.Free parking with small on site cafe available.

Only cost £16 for two adults and two children. Brought our own packed lunch with us and watched the planes take off from East Midlands Airport. Very interesting and educational. Would recommend.
