National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

Went to National tyres to get a slow puncture looked at, this after having taken it to ETB with no luck in fixing it. A very helpful man called Omar looked after me and found a nail embeded into the tyre. He removed it and repaired it very quickly and without fuss. The customer service was excellent...Thankyou.

I don’t usually leave reviews but after reading the mixed ones on google thought id share my experience from yesterday sat-11-novGreat friendly service from tom & Omar , I booked my mk7 golf gtd in for some premium tyres to be fitted via the online site and chose a 3pm time slot @ Stratford , I arrived at the Center an hour early expecting to have to wait and Tom behind the desk said no problem we’re get it done straight away , Tom even let me know that when Omar was balancing my wheels he noticed slight buckle in both of my wheels and recommended a local company to go to get them fixed, I already knew they was buckled they have been for a couple of years , I had same wheels tyres replaced by kwik-fit last December they didn’t tell me anything, so it’s nice to see Omar is on the ball whilst replacing tyres, even the mot man (didn't get his name) said hello there good cars , I’ve got a Skoda , and to make sure I get the dsg box oil changed every 40,000 miles (he wasn't trying to sell a service just being friendly)So all in all great service by nice lads1 Happy customerWill be back again when these ones wear out

Just want to say a big thank you to Tom at National Tyres Stratford Upon Avon! We have been on holiday in the area when my car had various problems that needed dealing with very promptly and Tom looked after us so well and fixed my car very quickly. Tom was kind, informative and very knowledgeable. Thank you Tom!!

Avoid at all costs. Told to bring car in Monday, phone call Monday morning, cant do it today bring it in Wednesday. Turned up Wednesday, cant do the work until Thursday / Friday. I called them Friday around 2PM to be told they cant actually do the work because they haven't got the tools, and they had been trying to call me (no missed calls, no voicemails) and i have to remove my vehicle. This was followed by feel free to complain to head office. Absolute utter disgrace, will never use any Halfords related garage or store in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called this morning to get a valve replacement and they fitted it this afternoon in about half an hour. I always get a little nervous going into garages by myself but the customer service was outstanding and will definitely choose National Tyres in future and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Blow out on the side of the road, the guys here were able to get me up and running and on the road within the hour. Very friendly and helpful and professional team. Keep up the good work.

A big 5 star shout out to Omar at Stratford upon Avon National Tyres and Autocare. I turned up on the off chance and met Omar. He diagnosed and promptly sorted out my car. It’s staff like him that make your company great.

A big thank you to Omar and Ben who responded to my walk in request to look at one of my deflating tyres ahead of driving down to Cheltenham yesterday. (Saturday 14th October). Omar confirmed the issue and gave me advice and was able to get me back on the road safely within the hour. Brilliant service.
