Flip Out Manchester Trampoline & Adventure Park

Half of the games don't work! They don't have people to serve them. there should be information before you come here that the slide is closed, lasers and most of the games are closed! you can usually go elsewhere for trampolines and cheaper! I do not recommend

I'm giving it a 3 star as there was no active toilets & the arena was full with kids/families this is very important thing you need to have some staff was unprofessional when asked about this issue.There was no hot food available when we went on july 1st but there was a party & there was hot food provided for the party.The Gocarts wasn't open but was told on phone it was open.There wasn't any staff at the laser room when online on the safety video it says loads of rules this didn't matter as the rules of safety was no point because kids was running in & out in opposite directions there could of been an injury as it is dark in there. I'm not sure if anyone was hurt as i told my kids not to go in.These issues need sorted especially the Health & safety issues of no toilets working & the safety issues that they require when paying £64 for 3 people for 2hrs but because of the toilet & hot food issues we had to leave early so could use McDonald's toilets.But before noticing the issues my kids was having fun.Unfortunately until these get sorted i won't be going back for a good whileRegards john

Was checked in properly with my friend by the staff at reception and our 2 for 1 session started instantly, filled with many trampolines, including diagonal and long ones! Highlights were the battle beam and Ninja Warrior courses, similarly the lazer maze was unique from other Flip Outs. Sadly the larger stunt area was shut due to opening at 4pm, but the toilets were clean as another positive.

Fantastic location for the kids with lots of stuff to keep them entertained for hours. Lots of trampolines, slides and climbing to do. Our daughter had a fantastic time and for the price it’s well worth it, she didn’t want to leave. Was very busy when we went but if you check in online and sign the waiver online going through the reception was seamless and easy process. Good selection of food and drinks also with a separate quieter cafe if you want to get away from the main arena. Good location and easy to get to with lots of parking. Really good venue and we will be back

My daughter enjoyed Flip Out as there are different areas what offers different activities. Depends on the child's hight and skills only certain areas are available but still plenty activities are, the 1hr slot will fly.You can also book parties with Flip Out (min. 10ppl). Parking is free for 1.5hr. There's a link you can use to register your vehicle reg. number.Flip Out is right next to Dechatlon.I always check if there's a match day or concert at the Etihad Staudium as you might stuck in the car park for hours of your slot is around at the begining or the end of the event.

Good place to be in the rainy day. But I am not sure if it is worth it for 25£ (kid + one adult) as you need pay extra for car ride and your kid has to be over 1.2 m to enjoy everything what they have. The place was dirty and staff was unprofessional and was unable to sell appropriate ticket. But if you have a toddler you can enjoy ticket for 7£ in total for a kid and parent from 11am - 16;00 but better order ticket online as tickets are more expensive if you buy them at the site. Bring with you socks with grip or you would need to buy them at the entrance for 2£.Small soft play area on the 2nd floor.

Booked my daughter's birthday party there and it was absolutely horrendous!We were told to come 30 minutes before the time to watch the safety video, so we showed up at 10.30am for an 11am start. They left us in the waiting area that was full as there were 3 parties at the same time, just letting us wait until someone came to play the safety video... At 11.05am! And we couldn't even see or hear it well. So it was 11.10am when the kids went jumping instead of 11am.Meanwhile, we went to decorate the party room which was so dirty! The floor, the table, the benches, and even the walls were full of stains such as spilled soda that's been left to dry out.We had to call the 'host' for every little things (Can you bring drinks? Can you bring the food now? Its finishing and we're about to leave, where are the slushies?). But at least this young man was polite and smiley unlike his female colleagues who all had a cold face at all time as if I was asking them to give up a kidney when asking for paper napkins.2 of the attractions that are mainly advertised by the venue were closed during the party, leaving the kids very disappointed. We saw these attractions working as we were leaving the venue...The kids had fun but were disappointed about the lack of things to do.A court game with prize was supposed to happen... Well, it didn't!We were supposed to get a discount voucher to use next time we go there, but it wasn't given to us. We didn't even go to claim it as there is no chance we go back to this joke of a place.All of this for around £250 for 11 person children, it's absolutely disgusting!If you want to bring your children there, don't book the party package, just let them jump and bring them somewhere else to eat afterwards... Actually, I'd advise you don't bring them there at all!

This place is a absolute disgrace it is pure filth the place smells like rotten feet it is a absolute rip off. 40 pound for 2 hours and then to add to insult they charge us 2.50 for a bottle of vimto when you can get it for 1 pound from asda. I wouldn't recommend any parent to come here as it is a joke of a place and the staff are not friendly and find it hard to smile. SHUT DOWN FLIP OUT THE SOONER THE BETTER. OXYGEN IN WILMSLOW IS FAR BETTER AND CLEANER
