I went to Natalie for the first time in December and I'm so glad I did. I had my first wax with her and it couldn't have gone any better, she talked me through the process and was very quick and efficient. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable throughout that I booked my next appointment right afterwards! The results are amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough if you want to try waxing out :)

I’d never had a wax before I came in so I was very nervous not knowing what to expect, but Nat honestly made the experience so comfortable! She let me know what she was doing every step of the way and provided a safe space to let her know if I needed any adjustments! On top of that the results were and still are amazing! Nat is professional, friendly and makes the whole experience (which can be quite daunting!) comfortable and easy. The results have lasted and I can already see a difference in hair growth after just 2 waxes. She pays great attention to detail and the wax itself was as painless and seamless as it can be. Having a intimate wax was always going to be daunting! But at the age of 36 and going for my first one, I had no idea of what to expect, well, other than friends telling me how much it would hurt! I didn't need to be worried at all though, from the first message Natalie was professional and friendly, explaining how long the hair needed to be etc. Then meeting in person, I couldn't of been made to feel more at ease. She fully explained everything, not an awkward moment to be had, lots of funny general chit chat! As for the wax itself, i found this not to be painful at all, Nat is very good at what she does. Already booked in for my next one!
