Not even worth 1 star. This is a Bush plumber who is just out to make money and does not know what he is doing. Absolutely useless. He came to my house and said my cylinder is leaking. I've had to get another plumber out who's sorted the problem out - turns out it was a pressure issue. If you want to get ripped off, use Ben plumbing
