I was quite hyped coming down here for the very first time. I've never been to a dirtier shop in my life. I actually think it's cleaner outside the shop than inside. Said hi to the guy in the front desk, he didn't even bother to rise his head up not to mention the answer. Did he register I entered the shop and walked passed him? Don't know. The paints are all over the place, dirty, dusty, all in mess while staff chatting happily and ignoring my presence. I was struggling to find anything in this mess, nobody bother to ask me if I needed help. Like actually, how can you not be disgusted to work in such place? Junkie's houses must be cleaner. Jezus christ. Shame on you guys. That's the longest one star review in my life and i had to give it to the shop of the hobby I love. Shame.

My first visit to Element Games with my wife was for the purpose of finding a place where we could gather with our buddies for MTG events and casual play. As we stepped in, a friendly staff member named Rupert warmly greeted us, instantly making us feel at home. His exceptional customer service skills were spot-on, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy the experience.Rupert went out of his way to guide us through the bustling store, informing us about ongoing activities and upcoming events. It was a pleasant surprise when he handed us a promo card and a welcome booster, adding to the excitement of our visit. Setting us up with a land bank for our winston draft further impressed us, as it showed their commitment to enhancing the gaming experience for their customers.Although some others have raised concerns about dustiness, grottiness, and plumbing issues, I personally didn't find them to be major drawbacks during my visit. However, I understand that these aspects could be potential drawbacks for others, especially those with mobility issues, as the store is located in an old Victorian-era factory without a readily accessible lift.Overall, my experience at Element Games was fantastic, mainly due to the warm and inviting atmosphere created by Rupert and the excellent services provided. While the store might have a few minor quirks, its friendly staff and dedication to gaming enthusiasts like me make it a top-notch destination. I'm eagerly looking forward to becoming a regular and sharing many memorable moments at this vibrant gaming hub.

Always an excellent experience, placed a fair few orders here, very competitive prices, quick delivery, usually the next day, no waiting around days for dispatch here.They always throw in a couple of little treats also, great shop, always the first place I check when making poor financial decisions!

Good customer service and reasonably priced. One item has taken a long time to arrive (due to suppliers so not their fault) and one parcel arrived damaged and missing paints, which they rectified quickly.Some items are a decent price, others are a bit expensive.

If there is anything you want paint models or supplies they've probably got it in stock. Absolutely massive place.

Quite a thriving and bustling community venture. A bit noisy perhaps with almost random tannoy announcements cutting across games in play. There is a bit of a focus on tournament play which can intrude on casual/ social gamers. That aside there is plenty of hobby shopping available and even a bar with decent ale. I suspect a return is on the cards.

Definitely my first stop to feed the Games Workshop plastic crack habit!Luckily live 20 minutes drive away, but mostly use the mail service that is first rate.Just double check that what you order is in stock, as the whole order will be only shipped when complete. But the staff are great and a quick call and change to a paint that was in stock, and my whole order arrives 2 days later!Absolutely first class place and while I don't play. I just like the painting, expanding my collection and the lore, they have an extensive area for tables for those that do

Great place to game, with plenty of space and an excellent shop. Since revamp venue is coming along nicely and a lot of issues have been resolved. Only reason giving 4 stars is because it is still improving. Will be great when finished, keep up the good work.

I had been looking for supplies to make a custom forest theme for my 30k blood angels army. I had seen a wide range of products available on the website and had good experiences with what i had bought so far online. Went to the physical store and as i thought, the range was far more vast than the website conveys. Found ideal products from a great variety of brands such as greenstuff world and many more that were exactly what i was looking for. I would definitely recommend the store if you want inspiration or hobby supplies. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well, which is always a deal maker or breaker for me.

Amazing place!Awesome range of models and modelling accessories.What really sets this place apart is the large gaming hall and helpfu,l knowledgeable staff. Dozens of tables for playing any games of your choice with stacks of scenery for terrain of all types when wargaming.There are even purpose built paint stations with loads of paint/tools for public use.Cheap and easy to book and also has a fully licensed bar with a good range of beverages at reasonable prices.You can get lost in this price for hours/days/your life.
