I've registered my cat with them online and had a text saying this was successful. Now I've tried phoning them half a dozen times and the phone cuts off before it even rings. Not impressed

Absolutely qppreciated my visit yesterday. My little dog got a tick right by his eye and the receptionist ( I believe she was) called Kelly was amazing. I got a bit overwhelmed after a stressful week and had a mini breakdown and she was honestly amazing. Thank you so much and for not thinking I was so silly! You are a credit to the team and business

Very friendly staff. Lovely vet who took the time to calm my poor pup down! Good value for money as well, not trying to overcharge you like previous vets have done. Definitely recommend.

I did Jo’s puppy class with my pup Groovy and I couldn’t recommend it more! Jo was extremely knowledgeable and has such a clear love and passion for dogs. She was very accommodating in tailoring the classes to each puppy’s needs and I’m so glad I signed Groovy up!

The staff are brilliant my Border Collie Petra was well looked after especially when it was her time to pass over.The vets give you good advice explain everything in detail, they treat your pet as if its there own.I would like to say a big Thank you for taking care of Petra.Ms J Cremen

It’s hard because I’ve had good and bad experiences so I’d say 2.5/5 it depends on the vet/staff you encounter. Also VERY pricy and a lot of pet insurances aren’t accepted so it can be very costly even if you have insurance.
