Ellie was very nice to deal with and understood what I was looking for.Viewing the show houses were really worthwhile as opposed to just analysing floor plans.

I was welcomed with warmth and a happy smile. I was excited to purchase a house on the 1st phase but there was none left. You could see the estate agent was just as upset as me as I couldn’t get a house. , we had a chat and spoke very politely to say if anything did come up she would be straight in touch which made me feel a lot better.She was very positive and friendly

Had a wonderful time with the sales team at Thorpe Park. Everything was thoroughly explained with patience and in detail. Product quality is truly exceptional and yes, the prices... especially for extras, do reflect that.All things considered, if you haven't booked a visit yet, you're missing out❗

Ellie was fabulous. Very knowledgeable & helpful without being pushy. Her manner was warm & friendly and made the experience positive & informative. Her communication before & after has been great too.Unfortunately it’ll be a while before the size of house we need will be available but we’ll keep in touch!

Extremely disappointed in Redrow came to buy a house.Before showing us our dream home they should have told us you have to sell your house then move into rented accommodation at your own expense and wait till the house they say you can have is ready!!! What an upheaval to move twice also no offers had to pay for flooring and carpets even the wardrobes were not included in the Oxford lifestyle which were advertised this was a truly demoralising and upsetting experience would love a call from higher management won’t hold my breath

Good afternoon,I work close to your site and pass the entrance daily, I have to say I'm disgusted in the state of the exit, it's like driving through a river of mud, as the developer you are responsible for keeping the road as clean as possible. If this doesn't get sorted I will be contacting leeds City Council, it's an absolute disgrace.Regards Simon
