It seriously bothers me that Peterborough rugby club think that the appropriate standard of referee for a girls national cup match was to put a 16 year old in charge who was friends with the girls and openly said that’s payback. What for? This would not be acceptable if it were a boys game and an official complaints feels the only correct response to challenge this. Hang your heads in shame.

A busy night of training for girls teams of all age groups. Nice that the refurbished bar was open for hot drinks as well as the normal selection.Big changes to the layout of the pitches since my last visit.

Really decent welcoming club. Good organisation on the day and in the pre-festival literature.Travelled as an 'opposition Club' certainly had our head turned for potential options in the area for rugby clubs, especially for my daughters.
