Keith and his team responded quickly to a leaking roof,came out & fixed problem at a reasonable price.Would defiantly use again.

Excellent workmanship and communication.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wasn't pre-warned to expect internal damage from external works and there was some lumps of dirt left on the roof tiles that were replaced.Also, there was some minor damage to next door's front guttering - they did come back to fix this.

At first, Keith was great. He would be on site every day and would respond to any query we had. We had the whole roof replaced and to be fair, he did a good job of getting the house water tight. The problems started when it got to the smaller jobs. Phone calls stopped being answered, the work stopped and the excuses started.His attention to detail is not great and the finishing touches are poor. Parts are still not finished today. Unfortunately and stupidly we paid the outstanding balance after falling for a sob story so we are now resound to the fact that we will never see Keith again and will have to pay someone else to finish the job. Knowing what we know now, we would not have used KC Roofers.If you do decide to use Keith, do not pay in full!!

Arranged quote for 12.30 Saturday 6th June. No show, no phone call, leftmessages on answerphone for office and mobile, still no communication. So glad Ididnot give these the job if they can't get basics right.
