Wonderful service & customer care from beginning to end! I called at 8.30 yesterday morning & spoke to Steph who was very understanding & a good listener which was exactly what I needed! Within about an hour I had already received a call from Dan who was also very reassuring. He arranged to come today and went over & above to help. He gave some excellent professional advice and did a very thorough inspection of the property too. Finding the right company and person for the job was extremely important to me so am very pleased I went with Wynsdale! I contacted as I had a bird in my loft and was told I would be contacted soon by a technician. Nothing. Phoned again and promised a follow up. It is the next day and still nothing. I understand being busy but if they are too busy for someone to get to my issue the professional and humane thing was to recommend someone else, not attempt to string me along in order to get a few extra quid. That bird suffered because I was relying on their professionalism and they displayed none.
