Cannot fault this practice in anyway. Staff are so lovely, always happy to talk. I've always had a great experience with my babies here, they are so good with them, looked after them really well whenever they have been in. Highly recommend this vets.

The staff at Pet Vet Lincoln were so kind to my elderly greyhound. She is quite an anxious girl so gets very stressed. The waiting areas are very spacious and they said there was also a quiet room she could go into. The opening hours are much better than the Vet she used to go to as well.

Had the awful time of having to take my 17yo Blue Staffy, Bella for her to go to the kennel on the sky. Staff here were so amazing and dignified, there's even a 'bereavement suite' to keep you away from other users. Thank you for making Bella's last moments with us so special.

The staff in this practice are AMAZING. I have not used the vets but my vet did not have food I needed for my very poorly doggo. Pets at home next day delivery let me down. I called and spoke with lovely people, they had what I needed. I went straight up, the food was ready and the people were a dream and very engaging. I can't speak for the vets but they have the front of house staff right! Thank you so very much

Really caring team, when we took Bobby to see Victoria she was very professional and talked us through everything, unfortunately we lost Bobby yesterday and she took the time to call and offer her condolences. First class treatment. Thank you

It could be worse. I wasn't impressed with a procedure that was done, that was very expensive & I felt was incredibly unnecessary. We did it, as we felt we had no choice before our dog was neutered. This delayed the neutering surgery & cost us a fair old amount of money, despite our dog having good, comprehensive insurance.I feel a little bit hoodwinked & ripped off by the Vets tbh but I guess that's the case for all vets, with them being private health enterprises.I seriously suggest people shop around for vets & their costs.

An outstanding caring service from everyone involved. I’ve used the service with my old difficult rescue dog and now with my 5 month old puppy. The attention to detail is tremendous and it’s great not to feel patronised just because I may ask for information twice!

An appointed visit for Pup's innoculation and from the moment we turned up with him on the lead we were made to feel so welcome by the Reception team. The vet met us and was exceptional with advice, putting our minds at rest with any uncertainties regarding pup's development.A positive experience which will definitely be vital in the years ahead.

The vets main priority is to make money. They are very good at giving you the options for the welfare of my dog which I'm grateful for but I have had many occurrences which made me leave with a very poor experience.1. Do not get prescribed medicine from The Pet Vet. They are more than double the cost than online. (if you buy online you will have to pay to get a written prescription from The Pet Vet)2. Its been over 4 weeks since my dog has passed away and my insurance company still haven't received the relevant documents from The Vet Pet despite numerous calls and emails chasing this3. During the last day with my dog. I got a phone call within 2 hours of leaving the vets asking me for payment. Even though I had an appointment for the next day.4. Initially the app was very good. It was quick and responsive but recently its been very slow and cases closed without a actual outcome.5. The attitude from one member of staff is absolutely awful. Not sure if he hasn't been trained properly but he needs to get some more people skills. The rest are very nice and welcoming.Edit6. Called the insurance company to see if they have received my claim after 5 weeks but they haven’t. The insurance company called the vets on my behalf and the vets have been sending the claim form to the wrong email address…. This is the second time my insurance company has called them chasing this.7. Was told I would get masons ashes after 2 weeks and they would call me. 5 weeks later I chased this up but it magically arrived today. You have my number you can call me if you wish to discuss

Kudos to The Pet Vet at The Carlton Centre.I used the Lincoln FB group search button a few weeks ago to see what vets are recommended in Lincoln and The Pet Vet scored pretty high with many and I wanted somewhere really close.Today was my first visit, as I've continued using our old vets in Louth for ongoing stuff. My partner and I went with our 9yo & 11yo boys knowing it was time for our eldest dog to go chase rabbits in the sky.She has lots of medical issues, has for years, which until the last few months have been managed with medication. Her quality of life was reducing.Sam the vet knew we were visiting for unhealing open ulcer issues as I booked online. I listed the changes in her condition and said we had come to realise it was time for the end of the line. He offered treatment options acknowledging they may not work and helped us decide it was the right thing for Lottie that she go now.We took her home for a few hours for a walk and fish n chip lunch. Completely spoiled her. When we all went back after lunch with our other 2 dogs we were led to a private room with couches and all of us looked after really well.Sam invited us to sit by Lottie as he administered the drugs and we were able to lower her from sitting to laying as she died. She ended with her head in my 11yo's lap. Both boys and I were sobbing, and we were given as long as we needed, hours if we wanted, to stay with her.We look the time to stroke her, take some fur, cry and remember her. Our other dogs seemed to know instantly when she died and laid down quietly. We stayed quite a while and when we were ready I asked a nurse to come in as we didn't want to leave her on her own.The whole experience, though devastating, was positive.I've no idea yet how the practice are day to day as we haven't used them, but today they helped me, my partner, our young sons and our other dogs come to terms with our loss.
