I have had the worse experience with this company. I paid for my PIV filter to be changed and after it was done I noticed the next day we still had condensation on windows, my husband then checked the unit and realised it had not been fitted properly. I called them and it was from then on I received the worst customer service as they told me we cant give you a date for when we can fix it" I emailed multiple times and no response. I am disgusted by the poor service I have received

DO NOT USE!! If there was an option to give no stars then I would! Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from Dave who is the manager! Very rude & I would seriously steer clear of this company. Wish I had never used them in the first place. Shocking. Very insulting & would not have spoken to me / treated me how he did if I was a man.
