The Tantalum ring I bought was advertised as taking 3-8 weeks for delivery, but arrived within about 1 week. It was top quality - really nice weight and finish. It was about 1 size too big, so I contacted customer support re an exchange. They were very responsive and helpful - best customer service I've ever dealt with. I'd thoroughly recommend Flinn & Steel.

Poor quality rings. I bought a tantalum bevelled edge ring which was great when it arrived but it scratches very quickly and now looks extremely dull. I wrote a review on their website which they deleted so don't trust the reviews on there.

Bought a replacement wedding ring for myself. Had a great selection of styles (most of which I would wear) in different metals. Settled on a cobalt ring. Measured it wrong like a fool so had to complete an exchange.The customer service was fantastic from everyone I had contact with. New ring on its way so can't wait to get it on!

I ordered a ring for my partner recently and got the wrong size. The team have been so incredibly helpful and patient, giving advice on the sizes from looking at videos and sending the ring sizer out.The communication from Olivia and the team is excellent and it’s the best customer service I’ve had a in a long time. The ring is also of a fantastic quality and comes in a lovely box and bag. We got the titanium Millhouses and it looks really good on. Highly recommend this company and it’s great to be supporting a business that is Sheffield-based that values craft and design.

I can't rate Flinn & Steel highly enough. Fantastic service throughout. Very friendly face to face appointment with Helen at the F&S office. There was no pushy sales patter which I've experienced at loads of other places when looking at rings. The rings themselves are fantastic, very suited to what I wanted and I found my perfect wedding ring very quickly. The ring arrived through the post very quickly and fit perfectly. A pre paid envelope was included so that I could send the ring back to get the inside engraved (that I had pre paid for). The ring came back again in the post very quickly with the engraving completed. Really brilliant experience from start to finish :)

Would not exchange a wedding ring for me, I'm now less than a month before my wedding and ring-less, and £360 down.I understand they have a 14 day returns window - what good is this when people buy wedding rings literally months or years in advance? I have a health condition that has resulted in some swelling in my joints, I could never have known this at time of purchase..The ring has been in its box for 12 months and is as new, there is literally zero reason they could not re-sell it and give me a size up.I originally went to flinn & steel as I wanted a local (sheffield) based independent company as I've always thought that's where the best customer service lies, guess not.
