Visited here yes after a recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. Great choice and great service. Think we would still be there now wandering round if it wasn’t for the very helpful guidance from Debbie. She was helpful, friendly and offered us ideas we hadn’t thought of. Needed to get some high-security locks keyed alike and wasn't able to find anywhere locally. Called MB DIY and they were so helpful in getting it sorted. Big shout out to Chris at MB who was dealing with my request, he kept me up to date on the process and was fantastic throughout. MB is now my go-to for any similar work.

Went for skirting board and the lad behind the counter was really helpful and offered to carry it to the car as I had my little daughter with me reasonably priced good quality items.

Shoddy customer service. Not interested in replying to emails and also no help over the phone. Expected a lot better after being recommended to use mbdiy.
