I love this place their pedicures are lovely and the massages are very relaxing. It’s just a shame they are so popular as I struggle to get an appointment.

Pollished are so welcoming and friendly, I have been coming here for several years and the service is the best in the bay. My daughter who is autistic wanted her lashes done and there was only one place I would recommend. The team were amazing and supported her throughout, without making her feel embarrassed or singled it. She is now able to independently access her lashes appointments and her confidence has grown. Could not recommend more :-).

Get my eyelashes done by the lovely Lauren every 2-3 weeks and it’s always a lovely relaxing time… normally end up napping! Everyone at Polished are always happy, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing beauty treatment ❤️

This place is so bad I went in with 2 off my friends one getting spray tan one getting eyebrows. Her eyebrows where odd one was black one was pretty much gone. My friend getting a tan had to go get it re done somewhere else as they left her with blotches white lines and not even dark and washed straight off. Aswell as everything there looked dirty

Have been using Polished for years… a lovely little haven for some great ‘me time’The girls are extremely friendly and services are fantastic! A lovely, bubbly environment which is quite rare amongst this industry! Pick n mix is fab too!

Just treated my daughter and her best friend both 9 years old to gel polished nails.I purchased gift vouchers for £30 in January for a birthday treat. I tried to get them booked in back in the May school holidays and they were fully booked. The next date we could do with availability was today.When arrived I handed the printed gift vouchers and was told they had expired on the 21st July, less than 2 weeks ago. I asked if it was possible to honour them and was told no you would have to pay £30 again today. The girls where so excited to have their nails done, I had no option to pay again.I am so disgusted that I have to pay again for a service and time they had already received money for.During a cost of living crisis I'm shocked they are comfortable to charge me double a total of £60 for two little 9 year girls to have their nails painted.Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

First time for me to have a manicure. The girls were really pleasant. Grace especially made us feel comfortable. Would love to go again soon. Thank you all .

Started getting my gel nails done here 7 months ago and haven’t looked back! All the girls in there are so lovely, it’s not clicky like some salons can be. My nails last ages and have never been more stronger or longer! Would highly recommend. Alexis and the girls are fab!

In my opinion, Polished is the best beauty salon in Torbay. The staff is super friendly, the work ethic is super professional and the vibe is super cosy. Makes you feel welcome from the minute you set your foot in the door.
