Unwelcoming. I am made to feel very unwelcome whenever I have been in there. Perhaps it's because they don't know me but that's not what shops are about. The woman behind the counter is openly hostile and grumpy. I have tried to engage in smalltalk to break the ice and mentioned Christ but have been made to feel as though she was itching to scream for the police. It's a shame because I enjoy these shops. The prices are too high but it's a niche market.
