Went to inquire about having my old machine serviced and the first thing the assistant said was... You have to pay a deposit up front or we wont look at it...!!! I thought that was rude and hardly a good start to a lasting customer relationship... in fact the shop/customer relationship lasted another 3 minutes while I turned and walked out. We expect to pay a deposit but to use that comment as a leader is never going to go down well

I came in today to buy a sewing machine and I cannot overstate how amazing the customer service is in this shop, the lady helped me pick the best model for me and showed me many online resources that made me excited to start sewing again. This is the BEST shop for anything sewing related in hastings! will 100% be back

At last I have found somewhere that actually fixes machines 10/10.I tried others around that charge a fortune and the machine still didn't work right.Staff really helpful and gave me pointers to keep my machine running better.

Truly the best place to have your machine repaired/serviced. Great range of embroidery threads and haberdashery, which is a rarity these days. Friendly helpful staff too.

Took my old singer sewing machine here. Grandchildren twiddled things. Couldn't get it to sew properly. 10 days later it is sewing beautifully again. Thanks very much 5 star service
