Good value and tasty food: soups, haggis toasties, very humble and approachable staff!Cafe being close to amazing distillery is a good bonus as well! Coming back tomorrow

Makes sure you phone ahead and book as it gets busy and they'll often have to turn away people due to being full! The food is really nice, burgers are spot on and the coffee is good too - all the staff are very friendly. Only negative is that it's up a flight of steps and they have no lift, so getting a pushchair up & down was quite a task! Don't think you'd manage with a wheelchair or other mobility issues.

I tried to call in here with a group of elderly people on a coach trip. We were rudley turned away and told that I should of booked. Well it was my first time on the island so did not know what was there and to be fair not much in terms of food for groups.I accept a group is hard to manage but all we wanted was coffee not a tour. The girl who come running out to stop us entering could see I had passengers with walking aids etc and all they wanted was a nice tea/coffee and toilets. That's the reason for one star it was the way we were told we were not welcome. I would suggest removing your coach parking sign or changing it to booked coaches only as that sign was the only reason I wrongly assumed we would be welcome.
