Excellent service with a 30 minute turnaround . Unlike some of the muppets that have commented, I agreed a price beforehand. Also (again unlike some of the muppets) I checked to make sure the screen wasn’t dark, before I left the shop. This is the third time that I have used this shop and it will continue to be my first port of call. Highly recommended.

Did repair work for £160. Had to take the phone back for further repairs as it didn't work. Asked for a quote on something else few days later. He quoted £50. Another company did it for £10 and said first repair would have been £20 max. Ripped off*edit* It's not a fake review. It's for your shop. Cure Fonez on the corner in the city center. Why would I leave a fake review? Own it and apologise, it would be a far better look for your business

Avoid this place if you're thinking to replace iPhone screen. Agreed to pay £90 knowing full well that it wont be original, I am fine with it. BUT the screen is very dark I can barely see pictures. At first I thought it was the screen protector so I didn't complain and left it on. I took them off today and found out it was the screen. The replacement screen is also lifted and popping out from the frame. Honestly, this isn't the first time I've replaced iPhone screen so I know what to expect. M6 repairs in Birmingham done it flawlessly with better price, go there instead.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN FIXED HERE. I took my phone into the shop and they quoted me £75 which is fine and they were quick about fixing it. I got the phone back , had a quick look and at the time I didn’t really notice anything wrong as I was focusing on transferring the money so I could pay, however, as i have been using my phone on screens like settings and text messages , when I’m scrolling through and click on something, the outside of all boxes and elements glow green, the Face ID does about 2/10 times which is terrible, i will be coming in there and trust me , I will get at least a partial refund. I would only pay for the screen , I ain’t paying for the service or profit you get from this screen.

Very poor service argumentative and insulting offers one price for my phone then offer a complete difference price 5 mins later which is less than half what they offered me in the first place and because i would not accept his offer they became very unprofessional and said my phone was this and that to be honest it will be quicker to sell online as im amazed as bussines like these do any trade they been in Lichfield a long time and this was the first time iv been in and will be the least i strongly advise you think twice before selling your phone to this Lichfield company imo very poor experience

Don't buy a second hand ipad from here! Cost me £190 and I wasn't made aware the guarantee only covered it for 3 months. Had to pay a further £80 to get it working again after only 11 months

Such a long and drawn out visit to the shop, I feel that there was no rush or care for time was taken. Customers make sure you plan a good amount of time for this shop. Enough parking on your vehicle. Do not expect a quick trip to this shop. A good range of knowledge and services otherwise,

Fast and very friendly service. I popped in to buy an Apple charging cable but decided to change my broken phone cover while there.Cable is perfect and I love my new look phone.

Reasonable price for repairing my phone screen and fixed it by the agreed time. Would happily use their services again

Horrific! Paid £40 for an iPhone screen replacement. New screen is so dark I can’t see it when even in mild lighting conditions. It randomly turns off, and doesn’t register touch properly causing me to hit things on the screen I’m not. Screen is loose and feels as if it wasn’t even properly attached to the phone. I took the phone back and he said he could sort the dim brightness for £80 by attaching a genuine apple screen. I wasn’t giving him another penny. Scam! Avoid. My screen was completely intact before, not smashed, likely could’ve been repaired by an actual technician. He did not give it back to me.
