Terrible experience. I have ordered a couple of windows two months ago, Jason the owner came in to my property to take measurements and provide a free estimate, following day I agree to pay half the quote as deposit, but due to covid-19 the manufacturer cl;osed down. So instead of two weeks, we could be waiting for the windows for over 3 months, so we decided to cancel the order within the 14 day cooling off period. That's when I was told by Jason that he would not return my deposit back, because he already started the works (false). He started to be very aggressive over the phone and I had to start dealing with the problem via email. He end up transferring me majority of the deposit but he still keeps £100 with him, claiming that is the cost of the quote. We never agreed that the quote would have a cost. He actually advertises that the quotes are free in his website. I am now starting a court action against this business to recover all my depositI just want to let everyone know, this isn't a reliable company to deal with.AVOID this business.
