Steve came out this morning, and his service was nothing but excellent.The whole process from originally contacting him, to him coming out and completing the job was seamless.Steve communicated throughout, kept me updated and sent a reminder of my appointment date and time.His knowledge on cleaning is exceptional. He talked me through everything beforehand, carried out a full pre survey to check the materials of my rug and sofa and what products he’ll need to use etc. He fully explained everything, and I could see how much passion and knowledge he has.Steve’s customer service skills was top class! He was so friendly, approachable, lovely to speak to, and overall great guy!He was punctual (even slightly early - which I love), did a really great job, and cleaned up after himself - no mess was left behind!Would highly recommend Steve and his company! After having some building work done, we thought our carpet would need replacing. We decided to try cleaning 1st and found Diamond Pro Clean. Can’t rate Steve enough! What an amazing job he has done. I was recommended Steve from Diamond Pro Clean Ltd from Facebook. Having two young children and a dog, the couch and rug in the front room was in desperate need of a deep clean and had seen better days. I wasn’t expecting the fantastic results we’ve had! The couch and rug has come up new. The house smells fantastic! The quality of the products Steve uses are superior. And Steve really knows his stuff. He’s really professional, knowledgeable and has done an amazing job. Super quick drying time. I’m so impressed I’ve asked for him to come back to clean the hall, stairs and landing carpets. Amazing service ! Steve was very professional, my carpets and rug were overdue a clean. They now look like new and have got their fluffiness back! They also smell amazing. Definitely the best service around, will be using Diamond Pro Clean again
