Ria Beauty (Ria London)

I went for a waxing of my back and shoulders, which was £27. A decent price. I have very little hair, so it's usually quickly done but I understand I have to pay the full price like everyone else.However, I have a tiny patch of hair on my upper harms and I asked the lady if she could remove these as well. It took a few seconds. They charged me £13 for this, in addition to the £27. She didn't mention to me that I was going to be charged, which I think they should have done. When I complained about it at the moment of paying, they said this was the policy"... Honestly

After having the most tedious experience with another beauty salon which resulted in my eyebrows looking terrible, Ria Beauty was able to solve what thought was almost impossible!. They were very accommodating, Lovely ladies with Great customer service. Thank you girls once again.

I've been coming to this place for a while now. I do my own nails in Shallac every 2 weeks, sometimes longer depending on my schedule.It is a very professional salon. The staff are very warm and friendly. What I like about this place is that they don't use machines to do the nails, they do it all my hand. This makes a world of difference because of the quality of the nails and it is much healthier for your natural nails.My favourite part of getting my nails done here is once they are finished, they give your hands a really nice little massage. I have come to look forward to it because not only does it feel great, it means I'm all done lol.They also do many other treatments. I've also tried Eye lash extensions, and eyebrow tinting, which were also quite good.This beauty salon is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone, looking for a top quality service.

A wonderful salon. Reliably always able to fit me in, even when super busy. Customer service is top notch. Practitioners are next level fast, and OH so accurate. Always listens to my request. Keep it up!

Amazing eyebrow experience every time, the ladies know how to pluck brows without messing them up. DV was amazing and got my eyebrows on point thank you very much! And thank you to all the staff for being so polite and happy always.

After a not so great lash experience, Ria Beauty came to the rescue for me. I also had one of the best nail manicure and shellac experience. The attention to detail was incredible! Will come back soon

Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Wonderful atmosphere. Each time I visit I walk out feeling new after my waxing and eyebrow have been done. Recommend every time.
