Well I have just read my supposed review which I did not post Iam sure the staff at Kerr and Smith would be thinking I had lost the plot far from it.Someone seems to have posted you can have a meal here mmmm a don't think so.I worked at this garage for many years and the staff and management are too notch .I would recommend Kerr and Smith for all your vehicle needs ,Sales and Repairs.Sorry they do not do meals of any kind.

I got stranded with my motorcycle on a saturday evening on the first day of a 7 day trip. They came within 2 hours to pick up my bike and help me find a solution for a repair. They dropped the bike off at the first day and on the opening hour of a motorcycle repair shop. I am happy and gratefull for their service... Greetings from holland.

If your insurance company tells you that this company is repairing your car ask for another as they have taken 6 weeks to repair a front wing and they couldn't even guarantee that it will be finished today so it may be into next week. Do not use as quite clearly they have taken on too much work to the detriment of the customer.

Have had my car for a month ! Still waiting on it ... ive lost business as the courtesy car is 1/4 of the size of my car . Eats fuel . Unsafe on the road . Couldnt take my kids away for the october week as planned as its took soo long to repair .. could have built a new car in the time its took .. not happy at all .. and kids are very dissapointed as now no holiday !!!!!!
