I wanted to get my bike ready for the summer season over here in Germany. It had a couple of problems and it needed a service and MOT.After a brief search on Google I came across Shaun's number at automotive.One of the problems I thought my bike had was valve clearances, in fact I thought I'd bounced valve.After a quick call with Shaun he stated he would not do work that was unnecessary and would like to see the bike to make a diagnosis before agreeing to carry out any work.He sounded very professional, friendly and most of all genuine. I knew this was the place I wanted to use.I was not disappointed. Upon arrival, Shaun quickly stated that the valve clearances were not the problem and didn't need doing, the bike was quickly repaired, serviced and MOT'd. He could've quite easily taken the work on and done the valve clearances to squeeze some extra money out of me but he didn't. I was very pleased with the service at automotive and confident that the bike is ready for another hard summer season here on the continent, with regular trips max'd out on the autobahn and weekend trips to the Nurburgring.Since my original review, Shaun has become my 'go-to' guy for anything mechanical, including work on my campervan and my daughters car.He even talked me through replacing the intercooler my campervan over video call when I had an issue with it here in Germany.I cannot recommend him enough, and will continue to use him in the future.

Shaun came over to look at my Aprilia free of charge. He was honest, fair and unlike other businesses gave me advice saving me a huge amount of money. Unlike other dealerships Shaun isn't trying to figure out how to make the most profit out of you, instead, his knowledge and ability will save you money, time and patients. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

My Honda xr125 needed loads of work from seized brakes to clutch work Shaun was reliable and got the work done in good time with a very fair price and happy to explain the work that was required. Would highly recommend.

I have used Shaun for a number of years now. I would recommend him for your repairs. He is honest and reliable. The black hornet, in his photos is my bike. It runs like a dream. Pity he cannot mot bikes. Make him your first call. G. Just bought a N category damaged insurance Triumph Sprint 955i 2003 on his advise. Complete repair and spray job under way. Nearly completed. Shaun carried out a full service and carb clean on my YBR125 job was completed quickly, very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Will Definitely use AgainShaun was recommended to me by a friend to sort out my 200 Daytona. This is the version with the charging issues and had been standing for around 18 months. He has completely re-wired the charging circuit which is where the problem stems from and has completed all other works required to gain an MoT, which the bike now has. Shaun picked up a number of issues that I was unaware of and discussed sorting those before doing anything, including a leaking cam cover gasket and new rear disc/pads. A friendly guy who will find out if he doesn't know the answer and will discuss everything with you, including showing you the work done to make sure you're happy. The price was very good too.

Some brilliant work done for me back in March. I was stuck without my car. Got my car looking good and ready for the road again. Brilliant that’s what family can do

Contacted Shaun to repair paint and fit second hand body that was sourced from another vehicle, he took on the task with no hesitation. I found him to be very friendly and extremely professional. He told me that the repairs could be done and they came out extremely well, you wouldn't notice they had been remoulded and reshaped. Time and dedication from Shaun on this and he has done a fantastic job.Astra body kit painted and fitted with the help of me, very professional and knowledgeable when fitting these parts as they were second hand and they didn't align correctly. These were done 3 weeks ago and come out very well. Changes the look of the car completely. Very happy with how they have turned out. Thanks again. Top job again

Sorry for late review, Shaun did a pre MOT and half shaft inner and outer boots and drop links on 2009 ford C-Max.Very happy with the work he did, very professional and quality work completed to a high standard,Car passed MOT with no problems,Very efficient and good prices too,Very happy and would highly recommendThankyou
