We donated our three bikes, that have not been ridden for over four years. Knowing that they will be serviced and sold on to give transport and more adventures to new owners, makes us feel happy they will be used again. A great charity.

Excellent quick and friendly service fitting a new front tyre and tube as soon as I arrived pushing my bike after a blowout 3 miles away. Lots of stock parts for bike owners.

Bought myself a reconditioned hybrid bike for less than 200. Great bike with a load of new parts. Staff were great too. Highly recommended if you are after a new bike but don't want to pay over the odds.

Had to call in yesterday requiring a speedy repair. I was treated like a close friend and nothing was too much trouble. As l was explaining the problems encountered my wheel was being removed and the problem very quickly identified. The repair was almost immediate and if l had of wanted l would have been back on the road there and then, But Geoff and Alastair were such friendly, knowledgeable people l couldn't help but stay a while and chat. They have a great range of reconditioned bikes and equipment for sale at really low prices Both were happy to share their experiences and gave great advice for me to consider regarding my own cycling style. I will definitely go back there again and would recommend them without reservation. The other bonus is that there is a cafe very close where like minded cyclists meet and the meeting hub for Revolver, which l think is the Vagabonds cycling club.

Very pleased with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I bought a second hand fold up bike and wanted to make sure it was working correctly and safe to use. I took it here to Watbike and had a service and check on it. Very quick polite service couldn't fault them at all. And very reasonable prices.

Called to donate further bikes.Some very attractive bikes on sale at reasonable prices.If the quality of the 'repairs and servicing' customer bikes are any indication of the quality of the servicing, then you've nothing to fear letting this mechanic loose on quality kit.Staff friendly and knowledgable.
