The staff told me I was lying to him,when I clearly gave him a£10 note when asked to check the security cam he was not happy to check it,after few chats he now wants to cancel the order !!i requested him to check the cam and confirm then only Iam going to take the money back !! Now he returns the money but this time he gives me more than he was meant to!!total disaster!!train the staff!!

Too expensive! The chai latte was just okay. The prices need to be reasonable 9/10£ for a panini ??How do you justify that? Except for taking advantage of the situation of people who have no other option in the building.Much rather buy from the shops across the street which offer snacks and hot drinks at half the price.

I must recommend this cafe , today I went to this cafe , costumer services are professional. Coffee is one of the best . Atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing .

I went to VISTA center Hounslow to sort out my Indian visa, guess what I found a very beautiful coffee shop located at the ground floor of the building.The staff was informative and helpful.A good quality coffee and very nice selection of food.

A great place to get a great hot drink and a wide selection of hot food and sandwiches ,very clean and safe place to eat or takeaway reasonable prices as well.
