Just got back from a five day trip to Iceland using the baltic travel company.I cannot fault them. This was the first time using them and the holiday went so smoothly. Fast replies from them, answered all my questions and helped me navigate travel through the covid period. The holiday was the best I have ever been on. The travel guide and hotel they set us up with was amazing as well( other than the pillows was horrible, though this is more the hotel then the travel company - if you are going to Iceland, bring your own pillow you will not regret). Tickets and itinerary was posted in good time to with everything you needed in it. I would highly recommend them and will be booking future holidays through them too.

Went to Skt. Petersburg from Copenhagen with my two sons and everything from visa to hotel was handled professionally and efficiently by Baltic Travel Company. The hotel was perfect with a great location and we had a smooth stay. Highly recommend this company, really good value for money, competent staff and good communication.

I recently visited Iceland for five days as a belated birthday treat for myself. Inga at Baltic Travel was outstandingly helpful from my very first phone call to discuss my options back in March, right through to having to rearrange trips while I was away. Her communications with me were excellent. All the information I needed was provided quickly and was always very clear and easy to understand. The hotel I opted for fully met my expectations based on the description from Baltic Travel, and the trips with Reykjavik Excursions that Inga booked for me were excellent. (Reykjavik Excursions probably deserve their own glowing review!) I wouldn’t hesitate to use Baltic Travel again. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a wonderful Norway in a nutshell trip with my son. The pre trip service was excellent, all documents and maps arrived and the instructions and directions very easy to understand and follow. I cannot fault Daina for her help and patience with my questions, she deserves a gold medal! The trip itself was wonderful, the hotels chosen were very good and the locations excellent. Norway is a beautiful country and the Norwegians were so polite and kind. I am now saving up for another trip as soon as possible! Thank you Daina and Baltic travel company.

You could not get a better service. I loved how everything from start to finish was taken care off. All I had to do was choose and pay. I choose to pay in full upon booking. Although instalments maybe their preferred option. I will definitely be holidaying with Baltic Travel again.

We recently traveled with Baltic Travel Company to Iceland for an incredible holiday. The communication and work put in by our agent made us much more comfortable with traveling in these strange times. They were always quick to get back to us with any of our queries and made sure we got all the excursions we wanted to fit in!

We travelled to Finnish Lapland in early December for a Sami Culture and Northern Lights experience. Baltic travel arranged all flights and hotels and everything was easy to arrange with the company.With changing rules over vaccinations etc. our travel rep kept us informed of changes and helped us arrange for tests in the middle of Lapland.Holiday was fantastic!Inari Wilderness hotel was excellent, could not fault it. We got a magnificent showing of northern lights every night which was great.The log cabin we stayed in was fantastic, especially with its own sauna and the aurora cabin on the last night was really cosy and great that we got a lights display from the warmth of cabin.The trips we did were great, the hotel gave warm protective clothing to wear over our own thermals so we were never cold.The Sami culture Safari we did was new… very new! In fact we were the first people to ever do the trip! This meant we got a private 5 hour snow mobile trip with our own guide who was an expert on Sami culture!The Aurora camp tied in with a spectacular display that was vivid and multicoloured and lasted the whole time we were out on the lake.The husky safari was great, sledding was surprisingly easy across the lake and playing with the huskies afterwards was a nice ending.Overall I would rate our holiday as the trip of a lifetime and both Baltic Travel Company and Inari Wilderness hotel exceeded our expectations. We were very well served by the Baltic Travel Company who organized our holiday to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland. The guides were excellent and the travel well organised. Riga and Tallinn in particular were highlights, with lovely old town centres and some marvellous restaurants (Vincent's in Riga and Tchaikowsky's in Tallinn being the most memorable). We had a great time visiting Poland on a tailor-made trip organised by Inga of Baltic Travel. We visited Warsaw, Zakopane, Krakow, Torun, Leba, and Gdansk.The guides were all brilliant, and everything worked really well - the guides always arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and flexible, taking us to see whatever we were interested in. The hotels selected were comfortable and well-located, the food was excellent, and we were able to see lots of interesting historical cities and some beautiful countryside.It was a wonderful holiday.David and Moira Matthews
