What a fantastic experience we had in this shop. Mandy and Nicola were both fantastic and understood not only the needs of my daughter but also the needs of a parent on a budget. They went out of their way to make my daughter's prom dress shopping amazing and gave her loads of advice. Highly recommend 102 couture. Huge choice of dresses and my daughter was so excited to come away with the dress of her dreams. A huge thank you.

Recently had our first experience of shopping for a prom dress and we are so glad we found this little shop it was beautiful, my daughter was so happy with the help she received and the ladies were very kind it was almost too lucky to be true the first dress my daughter saw was the one she took home and she looked stunning in it. The dresses that you have at your shop are just gorgeous. Exceptional service and help and such a cosy place definitely recommend. Thank you again.

Living far away. I tried phoning the shop on several occasions prior to visiting to find out if appointments were necessary. No answer each time, and also left a message to call back, no call back.A few days later I drove to the shop only to find it wasn't open despite being gone midday and advertised as being open online and on the shop front. According to local neighbours the shop often isn't open. Such a shame.

Lovely shop with beautiful dresses. Mandy couldn’t have been any more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. My daughter was made to feel so special. Overall fantastic experience.
