Bought our first Mercedes van from ELC it’s just over an hours drive to get to them but the van looked so nice and the price was very reasonable (especially in the current climate) we bought the van, drove it home to Lincoln without issue, later that day we went to get diesel and the EML came on, the error code showing Nox sensor fault. I sent a message to ELC and within 12hrs Paul rang me, he had a couple of new sensors in the workshop and with no ifs or buts, no hassle and no attitude he told me to bring it back up at my convenience he would keep the part to one side for me and when I get up there he would fit the new sensor. (I arranged to go tomorrow morning) I know we have only had the van a week but I’ve bought vehicles from bigger dealerships in the past who really don’t care at all after they have made a sale, So the after care service from Paul and his team is a breath of fresh air!I wouldn’t hesitate to (and will) recommend East lane commercials to anyone looking for a van! I’m genuinely delighted with the whole experience of buying this van!

Always bought my vans from this garage great service and reliable vans.

Bought a 2013 Vito from these guys. Came with fresh MOT but no horn. No Rear wiper or washer working. 2 bold tyres. And an intermittent engine problem. We’re the van goes from being quiet and sounding smooth on tickover but then starts rumbling and the steering starts to make horrible noises. Also knocks and bangs from under the van. Witch I guessed was some sort of ball joint. I wasnt happy so I went back. They fixed the easy parts such as the wiper and horn but broke the grill in doing so. And changed the tyres. Still engine problems and all the knocks. Iv had the van a cupple of months and only covers 1000 miles as I can’t trust the van for big journeys. The guys there said I was silly and hu ever my machanic was didn’t no there stuff but anyone could see the problems. No need to be a machanic. I paid £11,500 for the van and it’s the biggest regret I have ever made. Please use reputable dealers when spending large somes of money. I am now stuck with a van I dernt drive. And am worried to take it to a garage as with it being intermittent problem it’s hard to pinpoint what’s wrong at the time. Wen viewing the van it needed a replacement clutch so no test drive was given. We agreed if there was new clutch and flywheel in the van it would be 100% perfect ready to go if I paid the full asking price at 11500 so I did but definitely was a mistake to trust there word.

Had a great deal from Dean on a 2015 VW Crafter. Looked after very well. A pleasure to do business with very knowledgeable Mercedes and VW people. After a few weeks had a couple of problems with the van. After a visit to Dean. Two hours later, new parts fitted. Job done. Customer service excellent. Highly recommended.
