Clean and well set up store.All the staff are lovely and there to help you when you need it.I go there often and the staff even help you learn new things to help you improve your skills or to help you better use your products.

Chloe, one of the assistants on shop floor was absolutely amazing at listening to my skin concern and showing me the products that would work best for me for a mask and night cream. Also was on 50% off sale too so what a bargain. Took care and pride in what she does and with a smile too. As I wasn't having a good start to my day and she made me forget and I picked myself up a few more goodies too. This store is always clean.

Full of happy helpful staff who do actually try to find you a perfect match and make sure your visit is special. Many times I have been before but today's visit was for the ShaneXJeffrey pallet release. Staff were set up well to deal with all the customers and never faulted throughout the whole event.Greatly recommend, especially if you are new to makeup as they can help and guide you as to what to wear and what to use.

Friat time going in the stroe Kelsey W helped me with some foundation in the Nottingham store, she was so lovely, she tested the foundation on my face and gave me some amazing tips aswell on the beat way to apply it. I even brought the primer she used and some brushes becuase I wanted to recreate the foundation the way she showed and described to me. Honestly couldn't recommend her more

The weekday team are absolutely lovely, however the weekend team were so rude, abrupt and dismissive. One girl called Mel completely blew me off when I wanted to ask about a lipstick and another girl turned away before I could even approach her...very disappointing as it’s a good makeup store but the weekend staff tarnishes it.

I hope the ladies that where there see this.I just left the shop, first time I've ever been and I always felt nevours to enter...but ohmy days they make you feel welcome the moment you enter, helpful, lovely and so easy to talk to I am for ever a fan and thankyou to the staff who helped me and explained things to me goes to show never a judge a book by it's cover, the lady with black and red hair was really amazing paid me complements which made me feel so relaxed and made it so much more enjoyableThanks to a great team!

Decided to pop in to look at the 3 makeup pallets I’ve been looking at online as it’s my birthday I decided to treat myself . The staff was very helpful and friendly from the moment me and my mum walked in the door. The staff showed myself and my mum the pallets I wanted to look at and advised me on different makeup ideas and the best products to use and also showed me what was on sale and on offer. Definitely will be coming back on my next shopping trip to Nottingham
