After sending these guys a message on instagram to look at selling my RS3 they were very quick to respond, a quick conversation over the phone was had and some photos were sent across and they did not try to reduce my asking price in any way. They accepted I knew the market well and was asking for a fair price that reflected that and were willing to honour my price. 20 minutes later I had a deposit in my bank account from them.The following week they sent their guys down to me, I was nervous to be honest, having complete strangers come to where I live to look at the car. After a quick walk round and inspection, again no renegotiating, they were happy with the car. The guys told the office to authorise payment and within minutes I had the money in my bank account. The lads sorted out the documents there and then for DVLA in front of me and within 45 minutes of their arrival I had been paid and they were on their way. I was very surprised in the most positive way of how smooth the transaction was. Would highly recommend these guys and will more than likely be returning when I want to buy or sell another car. Great service, no nonsense or slimy sales waffle. Went to see them, gave me the keys to their motor and let me take it for a spin and make my own mind up. Their p/x price on mine was way better than any of the many London dealers I’d visited. Delighted with my 4x4 I bought from them and would happily go again in the future. Remember, the bigger the dealership and hospitality…the bigger their overheads.

Fabulous, guys were very organised, allowed me to come back the following day to take some time with deciding to purchase. Poor lad was insistent that he gave it a full valet before I drove it away. Was also fully serviced by them. Fab service, just slightly disappointed the brakes started squeaking a week later and haven’t been able to fix them after over 4 trips to different mechanics!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Unbelievable customer service. Made the process of buying my new car so very easy. Sorted out a very good financial agreement in a matter of minutes saving me thousands of pounds - yes I know I owe you a few beers for that!!Cars are exactly as advertised. Good clean motor inside and out. Can tell it's been well looked after. Received a follow up call asking how the car was as I was writing this review. Polite and friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make your buying experience go as smoothly as possible. Very knowledgeable about all of their cars in stock and was able to have a general chat with them whilst the deal was being processed.Will definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family and hope to see them again in the future but not anytime soon as I love my new car way too much.
