Buckley Memorials

Supplied wrong size vase for grave. After much prevarication offered to supply FOC a smaller correct sized one with eventual delivery promise in early 2018. No more news since then and now will not discuss on 'phone or answer e mails. Guess it was a false promise hoping I would forget or give up, but still do not have a vase or replacement after paying over £300. Cancel all of this as phone contacts they tried to make were frustrated by faulty phone.Have spoken to hem since and amm more than100% satisfied . Sincerest Apologies Ted Gray

After a few hiccups at the start of the process, which included the online request form I completed and sent, apparently doesn't work, so best just to telephone them. The layout of the wording on the headstone I signed off was ignored, and the previous layout they did was the one completed. They have offered to change the headstone to the correct layout, but I've decided not to disturb my mother's grave any further. All in all, a beautiful headstone has been supplied and erected. (Their procedures and processes however are not the best.)Updated: 26 April 2023The headstone has now had my late father's name added. All in all, a lovely headstone, and the design created for their final resting place is lovely.Very helpful and happy with the service.

Not very impressed with this company at all Work was supposed to be finished on the 19th of July said he was going to do one thing and do another when he was paid a lot of money been trying to call for over a month now still no answer he was paid in good faith no he has the money he will not answer or return calls We will continue to wait for him to deliver what he promised will review with an update

I have used Buckely Memorials for both my Mother and Father's memorial. The staff are very professional and make an emotional experience very easy to deal with. Everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way, and I would highly recommend them.
