Although not local to the Cheltenham dealership I've been helped out by Marcus on two occasions when my car needed a bit of special attention whilst I was staying in the area. Despite both of these occasions being very small and inexpensive issues I was dealt with as I imagine a valued customer would be - My experience of the Cheltenham branch has been faultless and they're certainly a credit to the Aston brand. A completely underwhelming experience when purchasing my latest Aston and simply not in the class of HWM . You throw north of £100k across the table on an aspirational Product and you encounter more emotion and enthusiasm purchasing a Big Mac . I have now had the Car which is a new Vantage a fortnight and its all that you would expect an Aston to be . Perhaps this is the thing with these large Dealer Groups , inevitably they are Salesmen rather than Enthusiasts and often it shows .

Good communication before, during and after the Service process plus pro-active arranging for covered pick up and return.Storage was made available to avoid poor weather. Detailed notes taken to make sure paint protection recognized plus a menu of valet services beyond standard wash and clean.

Excellent Friendly ServiceI bought my DB9 from Aston Martin Cheltenham three and a half years ago. The sales process was excellent with James making sure that the deal fully addressed my requirements and concerns.The team I've dealt with (Reception -Val, Sales - James, Service - Marcus and Engineering – Joe) have all been extremely professional, down to earth and friendly.I originally chose this dealer as they had the specific vehicle I wanted. I continue to return here for servicing and support, despite them being some distance from my home, because of the team and the quality of service they provide.

This is my second Aston purchased through H.R Owen, Cheltenham, having bought previous Astons from other main dealers. The whole purchasing process was flawless, through James, whilst the after sales, servicing and minor repairs were handled extremely efficiently through Marcus (Moor) and Neil in the workshop. Marcus couldn't be more helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending the sales and service process which I have experienced. Also a special thanks to Val who presents a very professional face for Aston Martin at the reception desk.

I have now used H.R.Owen Cheltenham for both purchasing and servicing my Aston Martin for many years. I can thoroughly recommend all aspects of the service they offer from purchasing a car through to the after service care in terms of annual car services, general maintenance etc.There after sales service team especially stand out in terms of knowledge, experience and more importantly customer service is in my opinion is exceptional and I am more than happy for them to maintain all aspects of my car with the knowledge that it is in safe and trusted hands and of which I have never been let down in the eight years that I have been a customer.
