Emails were replied to on the day of sending, and paperwork was dealt with efficiently. Sarah is friendly, patient, helpful and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. The buyer made the process rather stressful, but Sarah was very reassuring and we got there eventually! Thank you Sarah and the other ladies that responded to emails and helped with the sale.

Amazing! Answered emails/ phone calls straight away and they were all so friendly and personable. The whole process of selling my house was so much less stressful than I thought it would be! I had such a terrible time with the conveyancer I chose to buy my house with, who I picked because they were the cheapest. Used them couple of times absolutely no issues until I was having to deal with Michelle O’Shea herself. It was the worst experience ever. Absolutely disgusting behaviour she literally shouted on me as I called them few times as there was some issue just before exchange of contracts. Absolutely no empathy and no sense of customer service. For a second I thought I was talking to someone in a fish market not some professional. Will never use them again even though she apologised later on but with arrogance. Only take their services if its straight forward case if there is any issue or they have to take extra calls they are prone to scream. Awful experience.
