Absolutely brilliant taxi service! When all other firms let me down, this was the only firm willing to pick up from Hardwick Hall, after a party. Arrived early and kept me informed. The van was lovely and clean and the driver couldn’t have been anymore friendly. Would definitely use again. Very reliable.

I’m not one who normally does this but I had to give a review as I was blown away! In these uncertain times the first thing I noticed was the care and effort that had been put into this bus... it was IMMACULATE! It smelt of cleaning products and the gentleman was one of the politest, kindest people I’d ever had the pleasure of talking to! It’s his own business and I can tell he works very hard on it! The fact that he’s punctual and efficient is an added bonus!!! He’s gained a customer for life with me.. well done lima transport!

Top lad always on time even early when I have used him, always used him for airport runs and important things as he goes out his way to make sure things are done right and professionally, I have known him since school and he still treats me as a valued customer and very professional at what he does. 100% will use for all my airport runs and important events.

Newcastle airport run at the end of July. I booked Lima after I read the great reviews and can't fault Liam for his brilliant service. I booked several months in advance but kept in touch at regular intervals. Liam arrived on time (early actually but didn't rush us) and gave me full details on what to do when we got back after our holiday. We will definitely book Lima Transport in the future and can't recommend the company highly enough.
