First couple of washes good than they start to slack. E. G. My husbands car flys and bugs was not washed off the bonnet when mentioned to them they said its ok and more expensive service with polish should be chosen.On my car went in for outside wash, anf the guy used a dirty cloth to clean outside of the windows when mentioned about marks hes answer was oh its inside dirty, however before going for a car wash i have hoovered and cleaned the inside, and clearly after the wash all windowns had smudges from the dirty cloth used to clean it!!!It seems after they get ur customs couple of times they start slacking. Will not be using them again
