I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had rats in our garden and felt so scared when a rat came in our bedroom window at night. We called them at 6:30am and Glen came round that very morning and was so reassuring, kind and empathetic, whilst also being really helpful, proactive, and thorough in sorting out the problem for us. Their 3 step program in getting rid of the rats seemed very effective, and Glen even searched our bedroom for the rat so we didn't have to. A very high quality, effective, knowledgable, responsive and professional service. Glen even stayed longer at one of the appointments to also take a look at a potential wasps nest. Glen was incredible - we really trust him and are so grateful to him. I would call him in a heartbeat if we had any problems again.
