Paid for my food at 23:52 then waited just over half an hour for it. Wish I hadn't bothered as the only reason I went is becuase I was out of work early the I ended up getting home at the same time I would if I got out at the usual time.Also, they weren't cooking any more meat" their word

Used this place as both a drive thru and gone in for take away service. I have yet in all my visits have my order correct. The staff do not care. If you can avoid would recommend.

My kids really like it here, but unfortunately the outdoor playground was closed and they couldn't play, but the second floor was interesting for them, especially the monitor that displayed the screen on the table. Clean bathroom. In general, if you like fast food and have children with you, I suggest you go here once.

Placed an order online, and the app said it was being picked up at 7:50 pm. Our delivery driver did not turn up till 8.45pm Obviously the food was cold. Drinks were missing sauces were missing. Phoned up the restaurant Saltash McDonald’s to be told it’s not their problem young manager, very inexperienced that will be the last time I go there and spend £35 on cold food it does not even deserve the one star rating. They should be allowed to give you a minus think our cat had a better meal than we did tonight.

A good mcd's this one. Coffee was good, chips were nice and hot and the burger was well put together.

I ended up in the Saltash McDonald's purely by accident,but thats a secret between me and my bladder.I bought the BIG CHEESY MEAL. It was delicious, the burger was hot, the chips were hot and crispy and the Fanta was orangey and fizzy, not a given at a fast food outlet. The meal took under 5 minutes to assemble. The staff behind thx counter was polite and helpful, again not a given at a fast food outlet.I sat upstairs. It was very clean and the staff seemed very happy in their work, and happy staff is a very good sign of good management. Alas time came to wrench myself from this fast food utopia and I plodded off with an empty bladder but a full stomach. I'm not the world's biggest MACCY D fan but more encounters like this could change me. And, for the first time ever,I was still full 2 hours later. I can't speak for the drive thru but the restaurant at 14.30 on a Nov Weds is a winner in my book. Enjoy

One of the worst mc donalds I've visited and it's like it every time I go. I probably visit once a month on average and they are always out of many things, the service is always really slow and often the orders are wrong. I don't think it is down to the staff, I think they are under-staffed for the traffic they receive.

I've been here multiple times and each time I've been left waiting over 20 minutes for my food. I thought McDonald's was meant to be 'fast food'?! Was waiting over 35 minutes for just a wrap. Disgraceful. The staff are always messing around, the issue with hiring so many children - no wonder food takes so long! Worst McDonald's in the area. Go to burger king if you want to get your food before you starve to death.

I waited so long for my food, the same uber driver came in and collected and delivered 2 orders before I had to go up and ask for my food. My number had disappeared from the screen and nothing. When I eventually got my food, I walked outside to my wife and kids, and over half the food was missing. I asked a member of staff if I could speak to a manager, and she just nodded, then disappeared around the corner, never to be seen again. And no manager came. I had to physically wave into the kitchen area to get noticed, luckily, by a manager. But by the time I had got my food. My wife and kids had all eaten without me. Absolute shambles and a joke in there
