Wow! What a wonderful shop. The staff made me feel so at ease and where warm and welcoming. They really made me feel like a princess! I said yes to my dress today. Lovley quality dresses. Wonderful changing rooms. Loved all of the extra touches they have. Thankyou so much to all of the staff ❤

Claire at Claire de Lune Bridal in Eastbourne is simply incredible!I booked my appointment for June 2021 for a Christmas 2021 wedding. Claire was simply exceptional from the beginning (the very first contact call) to the end (collecting my dress and maid of honour's dress)!!I booked an appointment to begin looking for my dress and what an incredible experience Claire made it. She was so helpful and able to give advice drawing on all her experience whilst understanding me as an individual. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I found my dress on that first appointment! There was so much choice and so many beautiful dresses in a wide range of prices I was simply spoilt for choice.We booked another appointment so that my Maid of Honour and I could select and order her dress and bolero. She looked and felt stunning and Claire made this experience a great one too.Claire was always a call or text away and always made time for follow up appointments to select accessories (shoes and veil). Her enthusiasm and professionalism is very much appreciated and her 'no rush' approach meant there was no pressure at any point.Thank you so very much for all you did as I had the most magical wedding day.Amanda x

This store is absolutely fantastic. Claire is such a lovely lady. If you want a bridal appointment like you see on the tv then definitely go here. You get 1 on 1 help and attention. Claire is so attentive and helpful and also puts you at ease. I 100% recommend visiting her for any bridal needs x

Really disappointing service, but beautiful dresses.I cannot fault my wedding dress or the bridesmaids dresses - they were perfect.However, despite the incredibly friendly service we initially received, once I’d paid the balance it was a totally different experience.Claire ignored me, completely, and only answered when my sister in law called from a different number (there was a mistake on the order).She ordered the wrong veil, and even with photographic evidence still proceeded to gaslight myself and the rest of the wedding party who were trying to fix it.It’s very clear that whilst you are spending money, the service is great. But once your balance is paid, even if she’s made a mistake, you are ignored.Such a shame.
